Hello Mumma ("we", "us") is made in Aotearoa New Zealand. We care about your privacy and we keep things simple. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It follows the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Your email address and name, if you give them to us, so we can provide your account and reply to support requests.
- Basic, non-identifying usage information (such as which pages are visited) to help us improve the site.
- If you create an account in the app, the details you choose to add. Your private content, including any Future You voice reminders you record, is designed to stay on your own device.
- If you subscribe, information needed to confirm and manage your membership, such as your billing provider, subscription status, customer reference and renewal date. We do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to send the early-access updates you asked for, and to run and improve Hello Mumma. We do not sell your personal information, ever, and we do not show you third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers only where needed to operate Hello Mumma. These include Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for accounts and membership status, Apple for App Store purchases and subscription billing, and services that deliver account or support emails. Apple handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your card details. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us any time and we will help. You can unsubscribe from our updates with one tap.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfect, but we treat your details with care and keep them only as long as we need to.
Children
Hello Mumma is made for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
