These terms cover your use of the Hello Mumma website and app. By using them, you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and human.
What Hello Mumma is
Hello Mumma is the gentle app that helps you put the phone down and look up. It blocks the apps that pull you in, hands you one tiny thing to do with the kids, and lets you hear your own voice remind you who you want to be.
Membership and billing
Hello Mumma is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing membership, purchased through Apple's App Store using in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The membership renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time in your App Store subscription settings, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. There are no cancellation fees. Prices and taxes are shown before you confirm payment.
Trials and refunds
If an introductory offer or free trial is available to you, the App Store purchase screen shows whether it applies and when billing begins. Unless cancelled before the offer ends, the selected membership renews automatically. Our 14-day money-back promise covers your most recent payment: email info@hellomumma.com within 14 days if Hello Mumma is not right for you and we will help you request it. All refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund process and policies.
