When you feel the pull to scroll, Hello Mumma keeps the apps you choose quiet, hands you one small thing to do with your kids, and starts a phone-down timer. Do the tiny moment, and your apps unlock for the day. Once a week your own recorded voice calls you back to remind you who you want to be.

Hello Mumma uses your iPhone's own Screen Time controls to gently keep the apps you pick quiet while you do a phone-down moment. It is built on trust, not punishment. You are always in control, and you earn your apps back by showing up for a few real minutes.

Your Future You voice reminders are designed to stay on your own device. They are private recordings, not another feed.

Hello Mumma memberships are billed through the App Store. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Hello Mumma. Cancelling stops renewal, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. If you get stuck, email info@hellomumma.com and we will help.

Email info@hellomumma.com within 14 days if Hello Mumma is not right for you. The promise covers your most recent payment, and we will help you request it. All App Store refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund process.

You can delete your account and data anytime from inside the app: go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Prefer we handle it for you? Email info@hellomumma.com and we will remove everything.

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap Hello Mumma, tap Notifications, and make sure they are allowed. You can fine-tune the daily nudge and the weekly Future You call inside the app, under Settings.
